Step into a world where your sense of sight is temporarily taken away. You’ll be dining in darkness, wearing a blindfold to fully immerse yourself in this sensory adventure. With no visual distractions, you’ll discover new dimensions of taste, smell, and texture.

Our chefs have designed a surprise menu that emphasises fresh, local ingredients and innovative culinary techniques. Each course is crafted to be enjoyed with your senses fully engaged.
